• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.

• Custom-made or personalized artworks may require additional production time. The estimated timeframe will be communicated to you before purchase.
   

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and size/weight of the artwork.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
   

Delivery Time

• Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors beyond our control.
   

Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
   

RETURNS
 

Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers within the EU have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
   

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
   

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gustedart.com, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
